City by Night

I really only have nice night shots from my last visit to Prague. Maybe next time I have more luck also for nice weather during the day.

In Dinopark

I have a borrowed Canon 7D now, so I was thinking of a place to test it out. So I went to the Zoo in Bratislava. I have to say, It is a one really fast camera :). It's really hard to compare to my 450D :)

Eurovea

I tried this shot a few times before, and I will probably try it again :). The night shot of the Eurovea shopping center is quite challenging. The difference between the darkest ant the lighters areas is just too high. Here I used 4 brackets, from -4 to +2 and obviously is not enough :)

Bastion in Bardejov

As a cousin from Bardejov is visiting me today, I decided to upload a photo from there :). Bardejov is not really a big city, only something above 30 000 people (if I remember it correctly), but it's a really beautiful city. The city center is also on the UNESCO list of World Heritage as it's a almost completely preserved medieval town :)

Inside the Church of St. Elisabeth

also more commonly know as the Blue church. This is a very nice small church in Bratislava, which is (as the name suggests) blue from outside and also inside.

Black Cadillac

It's really rare to see a car like this in Bratislava. I was just so beautiful and shiny, I had to take few shots :). I saw it a few weeks before, and now when I was passing it again, I had my camera with me :)

Ships on Danube

I'm still just learning to work with the Canon 7D. It's really a great camera, but I'm just so used to the 450D that sometimes the results are different than I would expect. But with time I think it will give me very good results. So I tried a little sunset shooting. I took this shot from the Old bridge in Bratislava last Monday. The sunset was quite nice, I just hoped for more clouds.

Belvedere

I can never get a nice sky in Vienna. Always when I'm there I get only something like this. It even got worse after this, the sky went completely clear. Will probably have to try it again in few weeks.

Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna

I will put up few more photos from Vienna this week. I spend the Saturday there, just walking around the city and taking a lot of photos. This time I tried only to check out most of the city center. The next time I plan to select few museums and check out all the exhibitions :).
