Aqueduct remains
This is a piece of an aqueduct in the park by the Chateau in Lednice. The whole park is such a nice place to take a walk, especially during summer, as it's filled with lakes and small bridges.

I used only three brackets for this one, and as you can see, it was quite enough. Check out the before/after to see a comparison to the 0EV shot.

Open-Air Museum of folk architecture
I went with a very old photo today, over two years. It's from the Open-Air Museum of folk architecture in Bardejovske Kupele in eastern Slovakia. There are many of them in Slovakia and also a huge number of wooden churches scattered around the country. I think it would make for a great photo series.

Church of St. Nicolas

As all photographers, I prefer to take my photos around sunset. But sometime, especially during winter months, the sunsets are quite boring. With a clear sky, they look mostly grey. So what I do, is I wait for the blue hour. Even with a clear sky, the blue is really stunning.

Moving clouds

What a beautiful sunset this was. I already uploaded few photos of it, and I probably will add few more later on :)

Blue hour in Bratislava

This is not my first photo called blue hour. Maybe I do a series, of photos taken with the bluest sky possible :). I have no idea whats the name of this building, but it has quite an interesting shape, so I had to take a photo :)

Passage

Always when I see arches, I center my photos. I really like the symmetry in such shots :) Another thing what I did here is double tonemapping. It brought out really a lot of detail in the walls. I took this photo last week, while taking a little photo walk in Bratislava Old town.

Blue hour in Trnava

It looked that I will have a ugly grey sky, but right around sunset the sky cleared nicely. This photo is from Trnava, a city around 30 minutes drive from Bratislava. It quite strange that I haven't been there before, as I have passed around it maybe 100 times.

In this photo the St.Mikulas Church in Trnava.
