Aqueduct of Segovia I had no luck for a nice light in Segovia. The day was quite cold and cloudy. Only later the sky cleared a little, but still, the light was horrible. But I tried my best. Blue hour in Bratislava This is not my first photo called blue hour. Maybe I do a series, of photos taken with the bluest sky possible :). I have no idea whats the name of this building, but it has quite an interesting shape, so I had to take a photo :) HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod.
Passage Always when I see arches, I center my photos. I really like the symmetry in such shots :) Another thing what I did here is double tonemapping. It brought out really a lot of detail in the walls. I took this photo last week, while taking a little photo walk in Bratislava Old town. HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod.
Massive A lot of people don't like distortion in their photos. I don't mind. Sometimes I even like them. Like for instance here. The view through a wide angle lens make the bridge look so massive and majestic, exactly the look I was going for :). Everyone visiting this blog regularly, will definitely recognize the bridge in this photos. Of course it's the New Bridge in Bratislava. Still raining I had to be very careful taking this photo. My camera is not weatherproof, so I had to be careful not to get it too much into the rain :) I'ts also nice to be able to get a reflection somewhere, where usually there is no reflection. This photo was taken in the center of Kosice, this is the State Theater. HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, handheld.
