When I started with photography, I had very few sunset and even fewer sunrise shots. And ass I progress and learn more, most of my photos are either sunrise or sunset :) How the things change.
Warm colors
My plan for today was to go out, and take some photos of the Christmas decorations in Bratislava. But as the weather here is absolutely horrible (it's cold, foggy and it's raining), I was in the mood for something more colorful and warm. And I think this one fits :)
Open-Air Museum of folk architecture
I went with a very old photo today, over two years. It's from the Open-Air Museum of folk architecture in Bardejovske Kupele in eastern Slovakia. There are many of them in Slovakia and also a huge number of wooden churches scattered around the country. I think it would make for a great photo series.
Path through the Botanical Garden

A simple photo, compared to the one I posted yesterday. But nice :). Something to remind us, that the summer is not so far away. Photo taken last summer in the Botanical Garden in Bratislava.

The Mystery of the Blue Train

That's the book I'm currently reading by Agatha Christie. And in the middle of editing this photo I noticed, that this is a blue train. What a coincidence :). I took this photo last summer in Bratislava at a train gathering Rendes. I went for a little different look here. This is also my first HDR in which I haven't used Photomatix. I used Oloneo HDR software here.

Back in time

It very interesting to visit these open air museums in Slovakia. Sometime you have luck, and there is nobody there, so for a moment you can feel like you have been transported back in time :)

This photo is from the one in Bardejovske Kuple in eastern Slovakia.

Colors of Summer

I would actually prefer to upload some winter photos. But the weather here is just awful. It's raining most of the time. Let's hope it's better during Christmas.

Sunny day in Mikulov

Winter is here, but instead of snow, we have rain in Bratislava. And on top of that, I'm a little sick. So I'm not really in the mood to go out and take new shots. So instead I'm editing photos from summer, so at least in memories there is still nice weather :).

Two suns

One of the great things, you can do with HDR, is to take photos of the sun and still have nice exposure in the whole shot. This is one of those occasions.

Again I have only a small idea where this was taken. I took it last week while traveling, and we just stopped by a random sunflower field along the way. I took only few shots, as there were so many bees in the field, I didn't want to push my luck :)
