Framed Minaret Today I selected one of my older photos, one from the last summer. As it was still taken with my old Canon 450D and I only had 3 brackets, it was great that everything worked so fast while editing it compared to my new photos :) For those interested, this is the Minaret in the middle of the chateau park in Lednice, Czech Republic
Passau Usually when the weather is like this (cloudy, not much color, boring sunset) I wait for blue hour, as the lights of the city add enough color to the photo. But as my ship was leaving right around that time, and I still had to walk back to the city, down a wet hill, with no lights along the path, I decided not to push my luck. So in the end, the view was nice, the colors were a little boring :)
The bridge shadow So the computer survived creating a HDR panorama, but it was very slow :) Either way I will have to practice more with panoramas, as I still have much to learn. This one was created from 4 HDR images, all from 5 brackets (so 20 photos overall) and for those interested, you can see here the Bratislava castle from under the New Bridge (or as it's now called, the SNP bridge, but I don't like that...). Btw. the Danube was not so calm today, so no nice reflections.
