After taking photos This photo was taken after a beautiful sunset which I spend taking photos in the woods (which I already shared on this blog :)), and we were on the way back. This was the great car we used to get there :). As this was taken some time after the sunset, the sky was this light blue which almost looked like white in the photos. I was thinking of making it more blue, but then decided against it. I left the car, the darkest part of the photo. In this shot I really played with the distortion, which is created with a wide angle lens. The Camera was maybe 1m from the car at F18 to still keep it sharp. It almost looks like the car is bend :) HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod.
Inside the Cathedral of St. Peter And Paul in Brno Another shot from a cathedral :). They always look so good in HDR. I edited this photo few times, as the white wall tends to be quite grey in HDR shots. But after few tries it came out just right. HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod. Taken in the Cathedral of St. Peter And Paul in Brno, Czech Republic.
Musician on the Karl's Bridge A lot of people (me including) say that you should never do a HDR shot of a person. But from time to time, it's good to try it :). I took three shots, but the alinement's was not possible. So I did a single exposure HDR, mostly to lighten his face (as it was in a shadow) and add more texture to the whole photo. I also decided to go with a B&W here, to give it a more "pencil drawn" look and to make it even more about the different textures. This photo was taken at the Karl's Bridge in Prague. HDR from a single shot, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 18-200mm lens, handheld. Combined in Photomatix, B&W conversion in Lightroom.
